The house is conveniently located on the left side of the road, whilst travelling from Tirano also facilitating access to the village with connections for the by-pass to Bormio

The villa is divided into three levels: ground and first floor is for private use by the owners (night and day), the second level comprises three bedrooms with “en suite” bathrooms, a large open space with mezzanine level, combined living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This complete level is for unrestricted use by the guests.

The garden

The garden is adorned by a small pond, inhabited by fish and aquatic plants. You can enjoy the shade of some ornamental plants: an immense Lauro Ceraso, an Laurus Nobilis, a Ginco Biloba, an Caco and a fiftieth anniversary, in whose crown has been placed a barbecue and a large granite table. On the south and west sides of the house there are some fruit trees, while on the back there is a large stone, the garden, the garage and parking for two to three cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

On the first floor, along the east facade of the villa there is a porch - equipped with sofas, chairs and tables - where in summer you can have breakfast, talk or relax.

My husband has a passion of singing (it's choir director of Grosio), relaxes with gardening or walking in the mountains and is held in cycling and skiing. For him the value of friendship is sacred.

My daughter is ingenier of natural ambient. He loves music, sings, plays, skiing, following in the footsteps of his father.
I love flowers and I have tons of hobbies: I enjoy painting, reading, sewing, glass work, traveling, hiking in the mountains, I did the tourist-teaching guide, to make known the beauties of my country.
